LASER SHOW BACKSTAGE ACCESS

Resources for Parents and Teachers

Why a laser show assembly?

Your school has partnered with Prismatic Magic for an extraordinary laser light assembly, highlighting its commitment to enhancing parent and community engagement.

But what makes a laser show a rewarding and educational experience for students?

The assembly incorporates a mix of science, technology, art, and music to re-inspire your kids to love school and learning. And you can help! This resource page will equip you with the tools to keep your child’s excitement thriving.

About the show’s theme

The Bullying Prevention laser show  helps start useful conversation in a fun and engaging way. With lively music and animated dancing, students learn to recognize the signs of bullying—online or in person. The assembly encourages students to remember that positive character matters and that everyone plays a role in preventing bullying. Our goal is to help students feel empowered to make a difference and create a safer, kinder school environment.

Spark a conversation with your kid!

Here’s some inside info on the laser assembly, along with some questions you can ask to help you break the ice in hearing about your child’s day:

  • Bullying Prevention uses the acronym R.I.G.H.T. to show how to do the right thing. Each letter also gets a song to reinforce the idea. What song got the loudest cheers? Was that your favorite too?
  • Elementary students learn sign language for each of the character traits we need to practice. Do you remember how to make the sign for any of the words?
  • Were there any examples of bullying you saw during the show that you recognized? What’s one strategy you heard to prevent bullying?

Love the show? Help spread the word!
