How does Laser-3D™ work?
Laser-3D™ employs wavelength multiplexing, a superior form of 3-D technology developed and licensed by INFITEC GmbH. In wavelength multiplexing, the user wears special 3-D glasses with lenses that only allow a particular red, green, and blue (RGB) band of light to pass through them. Since the wavelength of light transmitted through the left and right lenses are completely different, Prismatic Magic’s Laser-3D™ projection system uses two sets of RGB lasers. One set corresponds to the transmission bands of the left lenses and one set corresponds to those of the right. This creates matching, yet slightly offset images that produce a stunning 3-D effect.
